This is a fantastic introduction book that actually reads better than most text books. Effy Oz has some rather interesting traits but they make the book that much more interesting... See if you can find them.

I believe this is a good book for anyone looking for a book to study Information Systems. The reason I got was because it is a required book for my class that is in my major.
