Making the Workplace a Worthplace

Having taken Marvin Karlin's Management class at the University of South Florida a few semesters ago, I had to read this book. Mr. Karlins has a very interesting sense of humor, which is found throughout the book. This book turned out to be a great supplement to the actual boring text that was also a required text for the class. Mr. Karlin gives some great insights into the study of management, and also the case studies throughout the book are very well organized. If you are required to take this class at USF with Mr. Karlins, you will end up needing to buy and read this book.
