Given the new requirements for IEP team consensus, the chapter on dispute resolution alone makes the book worth having. Dr. Fiedler (an attorney, special educator, former hearing officer, advocate, and parent) includes many examples and suggestions for practical application of the information. This book would be useful as a textbook or as an addition to one's professional library.
