I highly recommend this book. I have read many self help books over the years regarding addictions but this one talks to me on every page. Bill B. has another book called 'Compulsive Overeater', also great. Bill B. was an overeater (he has since passed away), so he knew what he wrote about. He also was a psychologist. The old adage, only the wounded doctor can heal, applies in the the field of addictions. bill
