Disappointing

Having read all of Harold Bell Wright's books in the order of being published, it is obvious why he went from being one of the most popular authors of his time to inconsequential. If you are like me, you'll want to read all of his books to judge for yourself, but please don't pay more than $10 for Ma Cinderella, Devil's Highway or The Man Who Went Away. All three are equally disappointing. You should be able to get them through interlibrary loan if the retail price is too high.
