Simple, elegant

The recipes are gourmet quality but not fussy and don't require long lists of ingredients. The pictures are beautiful! The author suggests wine pairings, which is very useful to me. One caveat: The author is Australian, so some minor translation may be needed, for example 'rocket' is known in the US as 'arugula.' Overall a very good cookbook for anyone who likes good food, and especially those who like to entertain but don't have a lot of time.
