I personally love this book. Yeah, all the individual stories were way too short, but what can you expect from a book that is written by so many authors? In a way, i like short stories because it makes you appreciate the characters that much more. All stories were based around a book that was passed down from generation to generation. This book talked about how love was reached through struggle, risks, and determination. The characters in each of the stories had different personalities yet they all had something in common....love. There has to be at least one story in this book that you can relate to or that you feel can really happen outside of a book. I think the authors did a fabulous job in keeping their stories based around a book, and they each displayed love in a different way through different obstacles. I really recommend it as it gives you an insight into a lot of different authors and how they write and what characters they use. My personal favorite was the last one by Madeline Baker.
A Timeless Story

The story starts during Medievel times and ending in the present day. All the stories revolve around this one book, a love story written when books were rare and costly. This book brings couples together...they love the love story. Some of the stories don't flow as well as others. hence only the four stars. Overall a really wonderful book, makes you laugh and it makes you cry.
