Book Overview

God has told us in His Word that we are to make the love of God our great quest in life. The Amplified Bible says it this way: "Eagerly pursue and seek to acquire this] love--make it your aim, your great quest" (1 Cor. 14:1). Yet how many of us can honestly say that we have made God's love our great aim and quest in life? In this powerful book, Love: The Way to Victory, Rev. Hagin shows why God's love is so vital to our lives. He says, "The answer...

Amazing........But

I purchased this book twice because the 1st one I gave to a friend. The 2nd time I received it, I started reading the book & noticed the pages were all crinkled like the previous owner spilled stuff & it dried, but the book smelled really bad. Every time I would read it the smell would get to me so I had to get rid of it. I plan to buy this brand new so I can finish the book. Aside from that I absolutely love this book. It helped me with my marriage soo much!

highly recommended

This is a great book to read about the love walk that we must ALL walk. Written in easy to understand Kenneth Hagin style; I recommend this to everyone.

You will be set free

Over the past 20 years I've read over 50 biblical, faith-based books and I've never felt the power of God stronger than when I read this book. I truly felt the power and love of God, and it set me free from years of rejection and self hatred. Kenneth Hagin writes clearly, and is very simplistic because he doesn't want you to miss it! He has the loving heart of Jesus and shares it freely in this book. It is a must read!

Love Never Fails

This is definitely one of the most important books by Brother Hagin. His life was marked by love, and it was the love of God (the same love that now lives in the Christian's heart) that motivated God to send his Son to the earth. If you want to learn more about that love from the scriptures, and from the personal experiences of someone who walked in love for 70 years, this book is for you.

Love, If That's the Only Thing You Can Do

I am very fond of Kenneth Hagin's books because he writes from experience... He was healed and raised from his death bed when he was a youth. God has been using him in a healing ministry, and he knows God. God often speaks to him quite directly. This book has really turned me around. Hagin cites practical everyday experiences on how love works, and on how we can make love work. Loving our enemies is not something most of us would embrace, but Hagin shows how unforgiveness is actually detrimental to our own physical and spiritual being. He doesn't pretend to be above us, but cites examples of mistreatment to himself. We identify with him and are subsequently able to understand the reasons why we cannot react in an unkindly manner: It is for our own good that we bless our enemies though human reasoning will not help us understand why. Hagin sets forth the spiritual principles at work when we do what is contrary to human nature: We reap what we sow. Another principle that hits home hard is: to be judges of ourselves and not others. In his encounters with ministers, he has witnessed early demise because of those who are reluctant to be judges of themselves. All in all, Hagin teaches that love will keep us and our families in perfect health. This book is like a soaker hose: It drips wisdom about the second greatest commandment in everday language into our hearts.
