Looking for Captain Poldark

That this book, while being an engaging story, was very small. Very small, a whole total of 79 pages. A whole total of 45 minutes of reading time max. It’s called a Quick Read, and is it ever. Not being British and having never come across this before, I didn’t even notice the small blurb on the cover. As I said, a nice little story, but way overpriced for the minuscule size. I understand that they cannot review every book they sell ( although I’d gladly apply for that job) but to not even give a sentence of warning is not what I would have expected from what I thought was a respected seller. I’d had this on my wish list for a long time, as soon as I started reading this author, being a huge Poldark Fan from back in the 70’s, and I was so excited when they emailed and said they finally had a copy. What a waste waiting of time and money.
