Eye opening

Locavore is a very personable look at a different way to approach our relationship with food. While choosing sustainable, local food may seem like a challenge, Sarah Elton breaks it down and makes it approachable. Supporting those who support this paradigm is not as difficult as some would make it out to be. We can all make more deliberate choices about what we eat and where it comes from, without sacrificing what we love or existing on nothing but potatoes and squash during the winter months.
