Lifelines (Angels of Mercy)

I saw this book at a half priced book store and thought- Finally! I love Grey's Anatomy and wondered why there weren't books along those lines. This is not Grey's Anatomy but a book full of suspense and well-balanced. It has action in the ER but also a mystery, action in ambulances/field, and realistic personal drama. I did NOT want this to end! This is surely the beginning to a series. I can't say enough good things! Are there more like this? If so, how do I find them? I don't want the super-technical medical thrillers, and while I like Tess Gerittsen(sp?) books, I love the base being in the hospital with varying levels of interns and residents. Enjoy!!

Books. The book was excellent. A relative new writer who should go far. The only criticism is that of the publisher. The type is way too small. If I had seen the print in the book before purchase, I would have not bought it and therefore missed a good author's story.

I fould LIFELINES to be a good, fast paced, and entertaining read. I would highly recommned this book to anyone who enjoys reading in the medical thriller genre. It's one heck of a debut novel!

CJ Lyons takes you on an amazing ride with Lifelines! This story is filled with suspense, drama, romance, action and mystery. The character development is excellent and the medical terminology is graphic enough to paint a picture in the reader's mind without being overwhelming. I couldn't put this book down. Hopefully, there is more to come from CJ Lyons!

"LIfeline" is a fast pace page turner that holds you to the end. I will be happy to buy the next book when it comes out. The people all come to life and the different personalties add to the enjoyment. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did
