You simply pick the foods you like with the least risk points and the most life points and enjoy! Keeping your "lifepoints" over 100 and your "risk points" under 100 per day. Eat the foods you like as much as you like, never feel hungry or worry about counting calories. An example, apple juice has "0" risk points.
