Best Diet Book Ever!

You start by eating until you are full in ALL the food groups, whenever you are hungry, no matter how often that is and no matter how many calories you consume...even if you start by eating 10,000 calories a day! And you do this until your hunger cravings are gone and until all your cravings for all the fattening foods that have caused you to fail in the past are gone. Then, you still eat until full, but only at mealtimes. Further, you get to eat all the lean red meat you want, along with all the unprocessed starchy carbs and sweetest fresh fruits and fruit smoothies you want, and including all the veggies and salads you want. The foods and recipes cause your blood sugar to stabilize, which then forces you to start feeling less and less hungry with each day that passes. Thus, you begin to eat less and less, consume fewer and fewer calories and lose all the weight you want. There are about 70 recipes in the book, a 14-Day Meal Plan, a chapter on exactly how to eat out (even at fast-food restaurants), a chapter on satisfying every craving and a complete grocery-shopping list. Diets fail for one of two reasons...you end up being hungry all the time, or you end up craving something. With Let's Do Lunch, you are never hungry because you eat until you are full whenever you ARE hungry, and Let's Do Lunch eliminates all of your cravings. Some butter popcorns are non-fattening because there is no butter in the popcorn...there's soybean oil, but the author says that soybean oil is non-fattening. Further, the author says you can drink all the wine you want, because it is made from grapes, and there is even a vodka that you can drink, again because it is made from grapes (CIROC VODKA). i have been following this program of eating for 4 1/2 months...longer than any diet i have ever been on in my life..i have no cravings....did you hear that?......i have NO cravings..i used to live from one craving to the next...i was the queen of junkfood...and now i couldn't care less about the foods i thought i couldn't live without...my clothes are hanging on me....i'm shrinking.......if i can do this,ANYONE CAN.....

I bought this book and sat and read it with my parents one night. We have all struggled with weight issues and this author is very honest about his own struggles. He describes having feelings of sadness and depression about weight issues that we've all had. He teaches you, in this book, how to overcome those feelings and conquer your own weight problems. For the first time in my life I feel free from sugar cravings, which was my biggest downfall. I can walk past the candy isle in the grocery store and not even be tempted. I don't get hungry on this plan, and if I do then I eat! Since reading the book and following his advice, I've lost 14 pounds and dropped a clothing size. This happened over a 6 week period. I had been seeing a weight loss specialist for 20 months and on average lost only 3 pounds a month. The plan I was on and the one this book outlines are very similar, the author of this book just knows the little secrets. I do eat a lot of fruit on this plan, but I really love fruit. You don't have to eat fruit at all on this plan if you don't want to. There are other choices. This book contains recipes for meal ideas, and I've prepared most of them and like all of them so far. If you suffer from sugar cravings, fruit is the only way to eliminate that. Not only am I losing pounds, my body shape is changing in ways it never has before and in a great way. I keep this book handy and read it often. It's informative, fun and easy to read. In the past six weeks, my mother has lost 7 pounds and that is all she wanted to lose. My father has lost 22 pounds and has a lot to go. I have lost 14 and have 30 to go. Please read this book with an open and honest heart and give it a try. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't and I'm the biggest skeptic! Happy losing!

A Fruity Diet With Incredible Results

As someone who has lost over 180 pounds naturally through diet and exercise, I have grown to love and admire anyone else who has been able to do the same for themselves. That's why I was so anxious to read Roger Troy Wilson's story about losing an unbelievable 230 pounds in his new book called Let's Do Lunch. As a low-carb weight loss success story myself, I just HAD to know how he lost his weight and kept it off for many years now. Well, what I discovered was the most peculiar and unique "diet" plan I think I have ever seen in my life. It's definitely NOT low-carb, low-fat, low-calorie, or portion-controlled. None of those ever worked for him no matter how hard he tried to lose weight on them. I don't know where Wilson came up with this way of eating, but it helped him shed the pounds and keep it off. Anything that can help you do that is worth taking a look at. In Let's Do Lunch, Wilson not only shares his story about ballooning up to a "5-foot waist" (my waist got as big as 5'2"!), but also the many letters of thanks he has received from those who have enjoyed his special program. The enthusiasm these people have after losing weight is contagious and makes you want to know how the Let's Do Lunch plan works. As a very successful businessman, Wilson knew he had a problem with obesity but ignored it for many years. As many of us former 400+ pounders will attest, the rollercoaster ride of lose, gain, lose, gain was ruthless. While Wilson makes it clear this is not a fruit diet, fruits of all kinds are highly encouraged to eat in the quantities of your choice.
