Sherene Love's knack for writing was nurtured and developed via the encouraging words of her Aunt Shandra. Both of them having had their writing skills to become more intense and defined, after the death of her mother, Angel, would result with this book of poetry being a "must read." It deals with issues from the wide spectrum of life and the haunting, poignant and "matter of fact" delivery is sure to have the reader impressed. Stepping back and allowing her niece to be exposed to the literary world is indicative of Shandra's desire to shine the spotlight on others whom she deems gifted.
