This is one of the best books I've read including other than law. Of course, there are so many good books like "Legal reasoning and legal writing" now on legal writing. Yes, this book is old-fashioned that I feel the old and good America. However, this book tells me the critical points on legal writing such as precision, simplicity, clarity and others. Are there any other points are requested other than those in writing? This will be to my best companion in my life as Alice in wonderland, NEXUS and olive and The philosophy of law by Dorworkin.
