Singular was on to the real story of the Century! O.J. couldn't have done the crime according to the timeline and the phone records of Nicole would prove it Fuhrman planted evidence and was more involved in the crime itself than anyone apparently wants to know at least in America! Ignore evidence and the truth doesn't matter! Oh yeah what about 9/11 now also only in America land of conspiracies!

Stephen Singular is a Denver-based journalist whose first book was about the murder of Alan Berg. In August 1994 he received information about the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Lyle Goldman. This was hard physical evidence about how a detective planted evidence ('Preface'). Singular went to Los Angeles to meet Simpson's lawyers. The police decided that OJ was guilty and ignored other leads. Singular's information was that Fuhrman used a stick to pick up one of the gloves, put it in a blue plastic evidence bag, and brought it to OJ's estate. Also, since some of OJ's blood sample was used to plant blood drops "blood preservative" would be found there. Most people assumed OJ was guilty. The crime scene was smaller than shown on TV. The back yard was mostly hidden from view. Once the D.A. said OJ was guilty there was no further investigation (Chapter 7). His source said the television reporting was a travesty of justice, it disregarded the facts (Chapter 8). There were many violations of the Bill of Rights (Chapter 12). Who dropped the glove on OJ's estate (Chapter 13)? Why was that "freshly broken" piece of wood mentioned? Why were Kato's eyes bloodshot? Was there a crash on the wall if it left no marks? Why was there so much publicity for this case (Chapter 14)? Was OJ's stored blood sample put on clean swatches for DNA testing (p.91)? Who burglarized the office of Ron Goldman's psychiatrist (p.93)? Were broadcast commentators "complacent and ignorant" (p.101)? Do they influence and shape people's thoughts? Isn't that propaganda? The technique to test for EDTA is in Chapter 17. Chapter 18 begins by explaining why a technical violation could imply something is seriously wrong. Why was the defense team using Singular to contact a potential witness (Chapter 19)? To keep it off the books? Singular was gathering facts for his book (Chapter 20). Could testing tell the difference between the fake swatches and the real ones (Chapter 21)? The blood smears inside the Bronco were damning if authentic (Chapter 23). Most people believed the media version (p.151). Were they being fooled again (p.152)? "All the blood in the Bronco is suspect" (p.154). Singular's book proposal was turned over to the D.A. and the defense (Chapter 25). Chapter 27 begins with the jury trial. The found glove had tiny fibers from the Bronco's carpet! Most Americans get their law knowledge from the fictional shows on TV (p.170). It is different in reality (p.171). Who was at the Simpson estate around 2:30-3pm? Who were near Nicole's home at 10:40pm? Were the murders caused by "money" (p.181)? Singular watched the trial and kept notes. Rosa Lopez testified, the media ridiculed her (Chapter 32). Fuhrman, handsome and well-dressed, made a credible witness (p.197). Why was there more blood in photos taken in August than in June (p.212)? Singular explains how 2 or 3 people could have tampered with evidence (p.213). For OJ to be guilty, you must believe that he quickly disposed of the bloody clothes, shoes, and knives so they would NEVER be found, yet brought the socks and glove back to his home! And then smeared blood all over the console!The coroner who did the autopsies testified "the forensic evidence says the murders occurred after 11PM". The limousine driver testified he brought OJ to the airport at that time. When you read this book, note how they avoid discussing these facts.

This was one of the first books published about the crime. When the synopsis was turned over to the LAPD his cover was blown and he could not continue his investigation. His source was well informed, the results from the trial showed this.The following may provide a short review of the case.The testimony of the two witnesses who cannot lie says that O.J. Simpson is not guilty of the murders. The autopsy of Nicole Brown found blood and flesh under her fingernails; the blood type did not match O.J. Simpson (or Ron Goldman or Nicole Brown). Ron Goldman worked out and practiced karate a couple of times a week, he played tennis, and walked to work. At 25 he was in prime physical shape; his hands showed bruises from punching someone in the face and head more than once. O.J. Simpson had no scratches or bruises on his face or hands or body after the murders; he could not have been a lone murderer.The newspapers reported that when the victims were found after 12:15 AM their red blood was trickling down the sidewalk. The color photographs printed in the National Enquirer showed the bodies covered in red blood. This means they were freshly killed, around 11:30 PM, because their blood would be black and clotted if dead for over an hour (as in the Borden murders). Since the limousine driver picked up O.J. Simpson at 11 PM he could not have been present at the murders. This proves him innocent of murder.The O.J. Simpson case received more publicity absolutely and relatively than the impeachment of the President, or even the Oklahoma City bombing. The National Association of Editors and Publishers has never explained why. You could ask the rumor mongers on talk radio why they were told to publicize and prejudge this case before the facts came out at the trial, and why some continue to ignore these facts. I think this is more than the gossip of idle tongues. This case could become a textbook example in the use of propaganda by the news media.The book "Killing Time" by D. Freed and R. Briggs, which covers this case, also tells about the "Black Dahlia" crime which was never solved even after the murderer confessed! Will the Brown-Goldman murders forever remain an unsolved mystery?Logically and legally a person is considered innocent until proven guilty. If not found guilty, the accused is innocent. People do not always understand or accept this in all cases. But a jury is always told to wait until all the testimony is given before deciding on a verdict. Many people will form an opinion when they hear the first news, and ignore newer facts.

If Singular is correct in his assertions, this book is a wakeup call for those who do not believe the police can be corrupt, and goto great lengths to tamper with and cover up evidence. We can thank Singular's secret informant who ratted out the LAPD and LADA to preserve some integrity in the justice system. For people who believe this book to be a work of fiction, they should be prepared to explain how the privileged insider information turned out to be true. It is puzzling why few people have given Singular the credit he is due, especially from the Dream Team. I believe Simpson to be innocent, in part because the evidence actually points to two killers, and all of the blood evidence against Simpson is tainted or suspect in some respect.

I wrote the following letter to the author:Regards: Legacy of Deception, Political Correctness 101 Dear Mr. Singular: This is the first letter I've ever written to an author. Your tape, "Legacy of Deception" is an exception. Your tape is really awful. Your evidence is not credible. When Simpson's lawyer asked you for audio tapes, names, love letters, video tapes or any hard evidence, you said none existed. You present as evidence, someone being told about someone else at a party overhearing Mark Furman sometime in the past at a undisclosed location and all the persons involved unknown. You make three references of other people hearing something other parties said as evidence. In court, this is hearsay. Hearsay is inadmissible for good reason. It's gossip, nothing more, nothing less. No evidence. That's your story. No where in your tape did you deliver to Simpson's team hard evidence. Without hard evidence it's possible, you have been manipul! ated. In respect to you, I presented this tape to a reporter friend working in of a network newsroom. He said he was already familiar with your book. What he said was frightening. He said the most important tool the media has is "editing." He mentioned the facts missing from your tape, Simpson's cut finger, strange overnight jet trip, missing jogging clothes, the cash in his car, the bag, the mask, the slow chase. And the hard fact, Simpson lost the civil case. My friend was succinct. Facing several unproductive trips to California, he implied it was important for you financially and professionally to put something on the book shelf. The tag on your tape says, "Special Value." The tag overrates your tape.
