Left Behind: A Novel of the Earth's Last Days

I want this hole set in hardcover and three of the books or paperback ( very disappointed )

Goodreads, what gives? I ordered this book in HARDCOVER and you sent me a PAPERBACK copy. Very disappointing.

I ordered and paid for a hardback copy of Left Behind BUT received an old soft cover copy.

I’ve read it once and got all the series. And it worth it. Everyone need to read it ❤️

Wonderfully written story about the return of Christ. Each character is well thought out and by the end of the book you feel like these people are your friends and you must find out what happens to them. I now own the entire series in hardback and I have reread the series twice, each time discovering something new. Highly recommend this entire series and suggest that it be read in order as the authors wrote it.

Excited to find this book and hand it over to my son. I enjoyed this series very much and know he will, too. However, like several other reviewers, I ordered a hardback edition and received paperback. Kind of annoying when you’re going for a uniform look and not getting what you selected and paid for.

Great book. I ordered it in hardcover version but I got the softcover paperback. I have all the other series in hardcover. Just like a previous review submitted, I’m very disappointed in this order.

This is a great series.

Very good at descriptions that give you such clear images. Feel as though you are a character in this drama. Follows the Book of Revelation very well. Everyone should read this book. I don't know of any other book that describes the rapture as well as Left Behind.

Why does anyone read a book? To learn and be entertained, of course! The Left Behind Series gave me new insight into the end times as well as kept me reading late into the night. At times it was hard for my eyes not to leap to the next page, as I was so eager to see what happens next! I grew up knowing something about the Rapture and the return of Jesus Christ, so it gave me an added kick to see how they revealed their interpretation of each tribulation as it unfolded. The books are a good, solid read that gives you a glimpse at how our world, as we know it, might crumble. I was disgusted at some of the reviews who blasted the Christian faith in their attempt to prevent people from checking these books out. As for me, I enjoyed them thoroughly and I'm going to dig out my Bible and start reading again!

A colleague suggested this series, and I have become enthralled, not being able to tear myself away for long. This novel is well researched and well written: its easy-to-understand explanation of the Book of Revelations is wonderfully woven into a captivating story of developed characters with whom anyone can identify.In recommending the book to family and friends, I have marveled at the fact that it is written for any adult comprehension level, offering cues to remember the varied characters and keeping unnecessary "buck-and-a-quarter-words" to a minimum, yet painting intricate illustrations for one's mind so clear you feel you are among the characters (I read the first half of this book during a long car ride, and in pausing occasionally to catch my breath, I had to remind myself of where I was). This story offers elements to attract readers from any genre; religious, sci-fi, political, action and adventure, suspense thriller, and romance readers alike will find this an interesting read. Moreover, it has touched my life, causing me to reevaluate my priorities. I plan to purchase several copies to distribute among those closest to me. I would suggest everyone read it!

Occasionally a book may sound (sic.) better on audio. This one does! Never being intended as a theological deep study, having Biblical truth re-written in an action series, this 4 CD box is a breath-taking experience. My wife commented that she no longer wonders what started me off again on Last Days studies after years of concentrating on different material.I miss two things only - not due to the authors (thereby no reduction in rating): Why can't I take a portable CD player on transatlantic flights and, could the actors talk a little less and leave more to sonic impression? I know it's possible, BBC have proven it on half hour radio plays totally without dialogue.Sign me up for all the following CD's of the series, please.

This is an excellent book. I couldn't put it down. Not only is it full of suspense but it makes the reader think about their own relationship with God. The characters are great and easy to relate to. I intend to read the whole series. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

Thanksgiving holiday this year meant taking a 600+ mile car trip. I bought this set of tapes hoping that they would make the drive less painful. So, how were they? Other than a couple of minor complaints, I thought these tapes were awesome! Overall, it is an excellent production with great voice acting, sound effects, and music. Time just flew by! My only real regret was that I had finished all six hours of listening long before I reached my destination. I'll be purchasing the Tribulation Force tapes today.
