Excellent book for anybody who hopes to someday open and run their own nightclub or bar. This book talks about what it takes to open a club and run one. Being a bar owner is not as easy as it seems and this one tells you what you need to know. The appendix, with many drink recipes at the end of the book was also very helpful and educational about mixing drinks. This is definitately a must read for anyone in the bar business...
