By understanding tarot and feeling energies of each card you can actually interpret the cards. The book talks a lot about the tarot in terms of energy and explains how the energy changes if the card is reversed. It consists of 8 lessons, each lesson having a couple of pretty neat exercises on how to interpret the meanings and energies of tarot. Also it has a list of all 78 cards with a brief explanation. In addition to it, at the end of the book there are answers to the exercises. So far it has been one of the best tarot books I've ever bought.
