I quite like this book as it personalizes the issues and I find it addresses ethics for MBAs through a leadership (rather than primarily academic) lens. I've found this to be the "way in" because MBA students are focused on their personal leadership role. It isn't sufficient for an entire course but serves as a great catalyst for discussion and a means to assist students in defining their own social vision for the role business can play in society.
