e great eating lifestyle

i tried hard to lose my freshman fifteen. I tried all those fad diet stuff(starving,low calorie, no carb). This is the only eating plan that lets you eat! I have lost 10 so far and am still losing. I'm going for a six pack! I recommended this book to all my friends who are trying to lose weight. the only challenging part i think, is the amount of different food you have to buy in a week to follow every meal to the tee. instead i just repeat another meal in that week over to cut down on groceries. Just read it and you'll see why it's so realistic to live by.

This is the best diet I have ever tried!

I started the Slimdown for Life on June 29th, 1999. I started out at 168 pounds. I am now down to 137 pounds!!! I have lost 31 pounds total and it was EASY following this program! This is a diet I can live with for a lifetime! I get to EAT, which is something I like to do! Of course I am eating healthier but I am enjoying it! I don't have cravings anymore! I was the kind of person who had to have chocolate on hand at all times! I never could get through a day without it! Well, since I started this diet and eating right, my cravings have gone away! I am so glad I happened upon this book! It really has changed my life! I know this time I am going to reach my goal weight and be able to stay there! What a relief!

This program well get you results.

I have been working out for the past five years and I still have not achieved the goals that I set out to do. Getting lean and healthy. I have spent lots of money on equipment and all it did was take up space in my bedroom. I was a victim of setbacks. I would easily get uninterested and not work out for long periods. Weeks, sometimes months. Soon, I began to gain weight. I was not conscious about what I was putting in my stomach. I certainly paid the price. When I stepped on the scale in April of 1999, I was stunned. I was an astonishing 240lbs! My girlfriend told me I was fat. That was enough to make me go out and find a way out of this living hell. I went to the library and seen your book on the shelf. That day changed my life for months, maybe years to come. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after giving it the old college try I began to see immediate results. I went from 240 to 180 in just three months time. I receive plenty of compliments about the way I look now. I am back down to the weight I once was in high school. I even look and feel younger. What am I saying, I'm only 27! Well, at any rate I am eating the required meals a day and I feel great. Thanks for putting out a excellent book.

Eat, eat again and eat some more

This book is great. I'm eating all the time and I'm losing inches. I started out a month ago in a very tight size 20 and am now wearing an 18 comfortably. I feel so good and people are starting to notice.All you do is eat on this program. I get some very strange looks at work going to the microwave 2 and sometimes 3 times a day, but who cares if I'm losing weight!?I have low blood sugar and this program has made that all but disappear. I have not been hungry on this program at all. It's very flexible. Larry doesn't just give you a menu and tell you to eat those foods. He explains how to eat and gives you sample menus as a guideline. The exercise portion of the program is also added gradually and geared at beginners and shouldn't overwhelm even the most sedentary person.Bottom line for me is that this is a way of eating I can live with for the rest of my life. Which tells me that whatever I lose on this journey will stay off forever.

The best diet plan ever

I've been doing Larry North's diet plan since last year when I ordered his TV product "THE NORTH AMERICAN SLIMDOWN." I am 54 years old and I've lost 38 lbs. Better yet, just by doing his 60-second workouts, I've got muscle tone coming back for the first time in 10 years! I feel great. My wife just bought me the book and I'm here to tell you that the book is even better than all the stuff you get for 5 times the money on television. It's a perfect program.
