Ladybird Moves Home

This book completely transfixes my Kindergarten students. They love to follow the ladybird as she moves from page to page and they beg for the story to be read again as soon as we are finished.

Thank goodness for Richard Fowler and his Ladybird! This book has saved me from going mad more than once. We have four little boys and every one of them has loved this book and it has survived being loved! There is something special about being able to move the little character around the book and participate even if the child cannot read the words. This is the true meaning of "interactive", when the child can interact with his mother and the book at the same time. I am thrilled that this book is still available and it makes a great gift!
