This book is so great. I have been wanting to dismount my "dead horse" for almost 8 years. I am happy to say that I finally got rid of him. I was dealing with guilt - saddness - dispare - and supporting a man for years. If you need this book - get it - It really helps put things in perspective ! Good luck ladies.......
