Know Your Real Enemy

Outstanding book ... really hits home regarding the spiritual warfare currently going on in this world. Satan is alive and well, busy wrecking havoc with his minions ... in our homes, schools, workplace, relationships, and most definitely our churches. Read the book! But beforehand, please pray for God's message to come thru loud and clear for you ... we are all at different stages of our relationship with Christ, so He will allow us to see different things, because it's all about HIS plan, not ours! Be vigilant with prayer and keep those doors closed to Satan and his minions ... and open WIDE for God's love, forgiveness, and direction for your life! I'm sorry to see the book is out of print ... we continue to buy used books and lone them to friends and family members to get the word out! It's war, but the GREAT THING IS God already won thru Christ ... Satan knows he's headed for the "lake of fire", but he's going down with a fight! Don't go down with him! PRAISE GOD FOR HIS MANY BLESSINGS!!!

In my battle with spiritual warfare (which is very real and increases as you walk more closely with the Lord), this resource was the best I have read to date that clearly and succinctly explains the nature of our enemy, his tactics and battle plan, and how to victoriously rest on the power of the finished work of atonement on the Cross by our Lord. This is a wonderful resource. I intend to read it often and to buy several copies for my friends to have in their libraries. This is perhaps the most influential book I have read in 5 years--------and I have read a lot in my own struggles with depression and spiritual warfare. All the glory goes to the Lord; He ALONE is our focus, our strength and our sustainer. This is clear from scripture as Michael Youssef thoroughly points out in this fine work.

If you think that Satan and the evil principalities of the world simply exist in childhood imaginations or Hollywood movies, you had better read this book. Dr. Youssef has done a great deal of research and provides deep insight into how Satan works and the incredible deception that he creates in the world and in the hearts and minds of people of all ages and every socio-economic background. And as Dr. Youssef points out, there is no question that Satan's forces are stronger now than ever before in the history of mankind (okay, humankind). Satan (a.k.a. "THe Angel of Light,") has even infiltrated and in some cases, taken over many churches. Bottom line...read this book. It explains Satan's strategies, his army of demons, how their organized, etal. Best of all...it'll tell you how to not only protect yourself from the Enemy, but how to wage war against him and the evil principalities. This book will change your life.

This book provides an excellent guideline for battling our enemy, Satan, who is out to "kill, steal and destroy" Christians. Many people want to downplay the existence of Satan, that he isn't real or can't harm Christians. However, the author reminds us that he is real and in order to combat him we must prepare our battle plan. I have The Seven Point Counteroffensive listed in my daily planner so that I can review it every morning. I would highly recommend this book to every believer.

While reading this book, it helped me to recognize and overcome various battles that were within me. I realized the lingering doubts I had about myself were not I, but put there by the devil and his workers. It has given me insight about God and all of His righteousness. Reading this book will transform your life.
