What a treasure! Any cat lover will enjoy this book. It would make a great gift. The poems and illustrations capture the essence of cats with subtle, sophisticated humor. As an English teacher, I appreciate the author's respect for the discipline of true haiku. I use examples from his book to teach my students the correct 17-syllable structure.
