Kiana's Iditarod is an inspiring book about a dog race in Alaska. I would recommend that everyone read it. It is a great book to own or read. I have read it once, but I want to read it again. I love the illustations. I hope that Miss Shelley Gill likes our school.

I like this book because it is funny and makes me learn about dogs and cool places and how to do it in a dog race.I did not know you had 13 dogs. How can you feed them. I wish I had won the dog race but that would not happen.

great book--really gives you a feel for the Iditarod

What a great book. We live in Alaska, and bought this book for ourdaughter when we first "came into the country" in September. We read it every night for months. Imagine her excitement as we stood aside the iditarod trail and watched the mushers head into Eagle River. She knew so much about the race, and the book is still a permanent favorite.
