Sweat your dreams, Dance your prayers & Move on

This should be mandatory reading for every woman! Every possible aspect of life, religion, love and loss is covered. There is a very real sense of support and honesty that anyone can relate to at any point in her life. The book itself is set up like a textbook: Divided into several sections and in those sections divided again by situation with a description of what you are going to read. After each section there is an exercise to help you reflect over what you read. The section in titled Uncomfortable Fit I believe is my favorite and something I have read and re-read. Just realizing that other women share my views on sex and love empowers me. Despite I growing up in a strict Catholic home, I have always felt open and honest about my sexuality and that (gasp) I enjoy sex. I am also not a size six, but I am comfotable with my body and I feel good about who I am and how I look. Being able to read what other women have to say, not always agreeing, but seeing a different point of view helps me to rejoice in being a woman.
