Not a normal wine guide, but an exploration of wine from all corners of the US

This is a good guide for wine from the non-traditional winemaking corners of the States. Alaskan wine, Hawaiian wine, and Arizona wine. Okay, a lot of it is iffy vino, but this is a good source for reading about it. And a lot of the wine is actually good. Virginia wine has made incredible steps forward in the last decade.

If you are a fan of wines you will enjoy this book. The American Wine industry has been on the rise for years now and this book covers every detail of American wines. The state by state breakdowns of the states outside of the top five wine producers are somewhat limited, but by far the most information you will find anywhere for American wines. A MUST read!!

Mr. Zraly loves wine and it shows in his collection of Wine books. This recent guide on American wine is very interesting and covers wines from all fifty states. I recommend this guide to any wine enthusiast or service professional.

My husband teaches wine classes at a local community college. I ordered this book for him to have a guide to American wineries. It was an excellent guide for that purpose. It listed wineries by state with very helpful information included about each state's wineries. He loves it.
