Juno

Meet Juno MacGuff (Ellen Page), a confidently frank teenage girl who calls the shots with a nonchalant cool and an effortless attitude as she journeys through an emotional nine-month adventure into adulthood. Quick-witted and distinctively unique, Juno walks Dancing Elk High's halls to her own tune--preferably anything by The Stooges--but underneath her tough, no-nonsense exterior is just a teenage girl trying to figure it all out. While most girls...

Handy Juno Script

i thought it'd be the normal legal page size but its more close to a pocket book of the Juno script. But its got the entire script and a quick bio on Diablo. Good source for seeing the film on the page.

Laughing out Loud

If you loved the movie, you're going to love this book. Diablo Cody's script had audiences howling with laughter in theaters across the country, and no doubt some of that laughter caused you to miss some of the ensuing dialogue. This book enables you to relive the movie, catch the lines you missed, and relive the great feeling you had while watching the film enfold. Recommended! Especially if you listen to the Juno Soundtrack while reading.

Ellen brought it justice

Well i thought that as a screenplay its witty and original and deserving of its oscar. I also think however that by just reading what diablo cody has written brings to me a different character than the one ellen page brought onto the screen. For me, Ellens portrayal is better and speaks about her as an actress. shes amazing (see: Hard candy/the tracy fragments). though overall its wonderful. I enjoy reading diablos side-notes or the way she describes scenes. And the every-so-often line that wasn't in the movie.

The script for a witty and poignant movie

I love movies. I love to read and write. It's rare when I want to read a script for a great movie. Juno is one of them. When I first saw it, I admit I was skeptical. The plot was about a pregnant teen deciding on which couple will be best to give her baby to. Sounds like something off of a Lifetime movie. Trust me, Juno turns and twists the typical plot lines. At the beginning, it is full of witty sayings not just by Juno but even the adults. And may I say that Juno is the first movie about this situation I've seen where they don't depict the parents as one-note or clueless. This is the shooting script of the movie which means it does have some extra lines and scenes that they couldn't fit in the movie, and many are a welcome surprise. Those of you who have seen Juno 4+ times will also note they added to the script off the record. I found myself saying those missing lines while reading it. Since I've seen Juno, I've wanted to read the dialogue to this wonderful story, and here it is. You could take it the next time you see Juno and read along. "WHOA! Dream big!"
