Fantastic books but sound did not work on this one

I have the other versions of this book that I read to my visually impaired one year old and we love them. They are fantastic touch and feel and unique life like sounds which are both engaging and good preparation for braille. The sound on this book did not work even with new batteries despite it being listed as “like new”.

Bought specifically because it was a sound book and the sounds, even with new batteries put in… do not work. Disappointing! I am guessing there’s no quality control.
