This is such a special book. It offers the young reader the option to make their own choices about the book. Like all "Choose Your Own Adventure" books, this one has different endings depending on the choices the reader makes. What is special about this book is that the reader gets to make decisions along with Mowgli, a favorite childhood character that so many children have come to know and love. It takes place in the jungle and sets the young reader into the action as the trek to fend off Shere Khan (the man eating tiger) develops. Every time this book is read it is a different and wonderful story.
