Judicial Process: Law, Courts, and Politics in the United States

There's nothing like buying the older edition of a textbook for a class and save $40-$50! Well, that's about it. I bought this book for less than $5 and now I get to keep this resource. It's not the most concise and interesting of textbooks. There are plenty of insights and side "stories" to highlight the application of a certain concept. Overall, it's not a bad book to keep on your shelf for less than $10. At one given moment it was valued at over $40! Anyway, enough of my number crunches. Buy the book if you want to refresh, remind, or introduce yourself to the Courts system.

I thought that the book would be hard reading because of its title, however the book is a very easy read and has short cases to read that puts the information in each chapter in true context. I have enjoyed learning about judicial process, interest groups, and those who have made history presenting rule of thought and how courts, judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys work and research.
