A lovely little book about Jewish spirituality/Kabala.

Hi, I read this book several years ago after a talk given by Rabbi Kaufman, the author, at U. Mass Dartmouth. There are many books about Jewish spirituality. The study and history of Kabala, once the domain of Jewish men over a certain age and not women, is entering the public consciousness. We have personalities such as Madonna writing children's books about this and taking this seriously. I love this humble, unpretentious book. It's clear, well written and filled with history and soul. I taught using this book for a course at Bolli Brandeis, for adults in retirement. I am hoping to get enough copies of this book to run another course. I am certainly recommending this! It's a little off the beaten track but well worth the read and owning. I think a reader drawn to this area of study would truly enjoy and learn from this book. An easy read about a subject that is most profound!
