Having Jim as an instructor of Comparitive Religion I was very interested in this record of his journey. Not only did it provide the punchlines (so to say) to many in-class stories, but it also allowed me to delve deeper into this man's life and experience. He speaks of emotions and experiences many of us have had, but were never willing to talk about. One of those books that you can't put down (I read it in two days).
