His lecture is not usually preached in pulpit on Sunday. Basically, Jesus born as a Jew, dedicated himself as a messiah to rule over Judea in overthrowing the Roman colonial occupation. He was executed by crucifixion, a state crime against Rome as a criminal! However, it changes the blame on Jewish people and other scribes. Prof Ehrman showed readers some insights on the New Testament with other discovered Gospels not in the twenty seven chapters. You shell know the truth and the truth will set you free!
