Itsy Bitsy Spider

this is a very cute book, it expands on the itsy bitsy spider story in a very fun way!

Wonderful! It has a padded hard cover and the inside pages feel like thin, glossy cardboard, which is great because it is easy to turn and not easily destroyed. My baby can put his hands on it when I read it and I don't have to worry about paper cuts. I read it to my 4 month old every day. I was looking for a book with an actual story-line. Itsy is a spider that overcame a hurdle by trying many things until he found a solution. I know my baby doesn't understand any of it yet, but I was tired of books that just had no story-line or point to them. This book isn't too long that he loses interest, and the words are cute and they rhyme. It starts with the familiar nursery rhyme (Itsy Bitsy Spider went up the water spout...) and I sing this part when I read it, which makes it a little more fun and interesting. I can foresee being able to read this book for years to come. I wish I can find more books like this.

My 2yr old twins & I just LOVE this book! What a wonderful play off the traditional song, Itsy Bitsy Spider. The author takes children on an adventure as poor Itsy tries desperately to find another way home. The illustrations are fun to look at for hours. The quality of the book is superb. I'm searching for more books by this author & by this publisher.

I LOVE this book. And so does my 2 year old. I got this for him when he was about 11 months old and he's loved it since. It's one of our favorite books. I would suggest this author to any parent who's kids actually like books and any parent who is trying to get their kids to like books. We also own Twinkle Twinkle Little Star by her and I plan on purchasing all of her other books as well. Wonderful author and wonderful bright colors to the books make for a delightful reading experience for both me and my son.
