It's Potty Time, for Girls

Bought specifically because it was a sound book and the sounds, even with new batteries put in… do not work. Oh, and it also came without the battery cover and it looks like one of the battery connections might even be broken. VERY Disappointing! I am guessing there’s no quality control.

My daughter loves this book and reads it often. It's great to a book specifically for girls.

While talking to a young lady who was having problems potty training her son, she showed me a book that was a great help to her, which was this very book, but for little boys. My granddaughter is having a hard time understanding the concept of going on the potty so I thought this would be the solution to help her. Since I live far away I could not see the results, but from what my daughter tells me she loves the little book, but is not quite getting the concept of doing what the book is teaching! She is almost two. To evaluate the book as far as its effectiveness is concerned is not possible at this point. There is no doubt in my mind that it is a good idea and a creative way to go about teaching it. We know as parents that all children are so different, so that what works with one may not work for another.

My daughter is almost two and LOVES this book. She loves pressing the potty-flush button and giggling at the sound. It's great for distracting her during a tantrum too. But I have to be honest, I have yet to see a vast improvement in her potty skills.

This book is very good. It has a button that the child can push and it sounds like a potty being flushed. I got this for my two year old granddaugther and she knew right away it was a potty flushing, so the sound is very realistic. I would recommend this book. It is very cute and describes all about going on the potty.
