Nothing New

This book included every possible type of bag but I was disappointed that it was just a rehashing of common practices or or impractical suggestions to save a little clean up (put a mixing bowl in a paper bag to prevent splatter while you mix ingredients- cut a gap to reach in. REALLY?). I was also dismayed to see her declare lots of uses for zip lock bags in meal production, to save washing dishes, and ignore the fact the...

Good ideas for reuse, but...

While the book is full of useful tips and suggestions it doesn't have much in the way of reducing getting all these bags in the first place. Would have been nice to educate people on this aspect too. E.g. encouraging people to use resuable shopping bags.
