An exellent book

This book is divided in 2 parts. The first one is about the influence that NLP plays in the negotiation process. It teaches you the right body movements for a successful negotiation. The second part is about the most used verbal techniques. It teaches you how to use those techniques and how to "combat" them if someone uses it against you. It is an excellent book.
