A complete biography of the greatest British heavy metal band of all time - from inception through raucous years of unparalleled success to the present. The ups and downs - the splits and reunions - the sex and drugs - and, of course, Eddie the skeleton - they're all here in hypercolour glory. Featuring exclusive interviews throughout with past members, friends, managers and promoters, ex-girlfriends, groupies and dealers, this astonishing work eclipses everything that has come before. Run to the hills - the Maiden are back!
I have been a Maiden fan for 20+ years and have been looking for a decent biography of the group. This one is about as close to the true story as I have read. Very informative with brilliant insight into the individual member's contributions as the book flows from album to album. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Great Book!

This was a really good book. I have read several Maiden biographies over the years so most of what was in this book I already knew, but it was still a good read and brought back a lot of good memories. Worth picking up.
An entertaining Maiden biography

Great read for any fan of Maiden and rock music in general. Although it's unauthorized the book sticks to the facts with no muck raking. because of numerous contributions from former "insiders" it provides an in-depth look at Iron Maiden's history.

Gave this as a gift to a huge Iron Maiden fan and the person really liked it. Says it shows all the changes the band went through and the stuff that happened along the way.
