Interception

Interception is very adventerous and exciting. Even better than Virus. . You really don't need to know anyhing about the internet or computers to read this book. 'Interception' tickles your fantasy and curiosity. This books has it all, exitement, adventure and romance... what more do you need? *smile* It's a good story that keeps you going till you're finished. You just have to keep on reading for your own good. :-). There is no way back once you get started. A must for those who like to read!!!!!!! Graham Watkins has a hold on you in all his books, he's an artist with words and very imaginitive. Before you know it he has got a spell on you with his books like 'Interception'. After 'Virus', Graham Watkins wrote another masterpiece. 'Interception'. Graham Watkins takes you on a trip full of romance, adventure and excitement. Once you start reading you can't stop. It tickles your fantasy and curiosity. Watkins plays with your emotions and let you into his world. A must for those who love a good book. Although it's an internet novel, you don't have to know anything about the Net to be able to read this book. So if you love a little love, danger, excitement and an excellent story, don't hesitate to read 'Interception'.

Watkins manages to take the all-too-common internet romance and turn it into a horrifyingly plausible thriller. He makes the technology easy to understand and the relationships come alive. It reads like science fiction but what's most frightening in this novel (besides a really chilling scene near the end of the book) is how possible something like this really is. The subtext of fantasy vs. reality on the net is excellent. A must-read for anyone on the net.

I'm only 3/4 of the way through, and this book really has me going! Not only is the story line well-structured, but he introduces the tension (the phony meetings) early enough that you have to keep reading to see what happens next. I read over 100 books a year, and this is the first one in two years that caused me to check the last couple of chapters to see if the two characters were still alive! Another feature that helps the reader keep moving is that the "sinister force" isn't fully explained up front, and only small snippets are released as you read. Even at this point in the book, I still don't know exactly what this company does. As a result, I can't wait to get home from work so I can finish this

Interception is a well-written story that kept me on the edge of my seat for the three days it took to read. It's a thriller that is hard to put down because you just can't wait to see what will happen next. It will especially appeal to anyone who has ever said so much as a "hello" to anyone else via the internet. For those of us, like myself, who have met their future partners via the internet, all I can say is "it's a good thing I hadn't read this book first!". The possibilities introduced in this story are not only thought-provoking, but disturbing. Previous books by Graham Watkins, such as his last internet thriller, Virus, have shown that he is very capable of making such disturbing possibilities believable, with excellent background research and personal knowledge of what he's writing about. If you are an internet chatter or just enjoy a good thriller, this is a must-read
