Jim Knight is one of the leading researchers in the field of instructional coaching, and this book is is a "must have" book for anyone researching, working with, or in an instructional coach position. He has a coaching center at the University of Kansas, is easy to reach by email with questions, and has a great website and blog, too, to keep up-to-date as a coach!

This text was required for my doctoral course and it was an informative tool to use in my classroom and with fellow teachers. Attending Jim Knight training reinforces what is provided in the text.
