Very nice layout

Very informative, easy to read, colorful

Hay shares uplifting gems of wisdom that are sure to encourage and inspire you. As with many Hay House titles, this book is full of colorful illustrations and text. Some pages have affirmations such as I breathe in love, and I flow with life, I relase all feelings of guilt, and I create wonderful new beliefs for myself. Most of the pages, however, contain wisdom like:"Am I expanding or contracting? When I expand my thinking, my beliefs, and everything about me, the love flows freely. When I contract, I put up walls and shut myself off. If I am frightened or threatened or feel that something is just not right, I begin to breathe. Breathing opens me up. It straightens my spine. Great, useful tool after reading You Can Heal Your Life

I have always been a fan of Louise Hay. I have read so many of her works. Since reading You Can Heal Your Life, I have tried so many ways to keep her positive affirmations running through my head. I would post them on my mirror, at my work office, next to my bed. These helped, but this new book is much more useful. Full of long, positive affirmations, I can carry this book around in my pocket and every couple of hours, I pull it out, pick a page, and repeat out loud the affirmation. This has helped me more than anything else I've used. After a few days, you will find that voice in your mind starting to repeat the words you have gotten used to saying out loud. I highly recommend getting this book after you have read one of her others. After hearing her explanations about how important positive affirmations are, I find this book the most useful way to benefit from them.
