In the Footsteps of Jesus: One Man's Journey Through the Life of Christ

I purchased this gem at the suggestion of a friend. Am I ever glad I listened! Bruce does an excellent job taking us through his journey from a basic knowledge of Jesus to really getting to know Him. So many preconceptions that I hadn't even realized weren't scriptural so much as the product of too many Hollywood-Jesus movies were happily shattered, leaving me with a clearer view of my Lord and Savior. Oh, friend, if you haven't read this, do. You may just discover some of the blinders church-anity put on me are obscuring your view too. I promise, I'm not one swept up by emotion, check brain at the door. Keep an open Bible in hand...and see if the scripture doesn't come alive to you in a new way through a brother's eyes.
