I love its captivating sense of mystery. I feel I am there in the excitement of each page. No other book I have ever read gives the depth of intrigue that In My Own Backyard gives. Each time I read it I get more and more joy. I never tire of reading it and looking at the beautiful illustrations that develop the haunting wonder of existence it captures on each page. I can't say enough about it. I wish every book were as good. I recommend it to everyone. There is no other book like it and I love it.
