I am going to keep this brief in an attempt to help the reader pass tests. Step 1: Read the book Step 2: Get hands on experience (if your not in the field yet spend some dough and get some equipment) Step 3: Purchase some practice exams (You don't know how many Cisco products I have installed and supported and yet lots of the questions are alien to me). You need to know the material Cisco wants you to know. Step 4: Pass test, enjoy victory. Overall each book I read solidifies what I already know, improves upon concepts I am just trying to understand and provides some "aha" moments for when I stumble upon something I didn't know (not that I know everything!) This book was no exception. Forget all the non-cisco press books stick with books like these.

This book was a little cheaper than the others and I had my doubts about the conditions of the book. The book is in perfect conditions.
The only Self Study for CIPT2 out there.

The only Self Study out there for Call Manager version 6 CIPT2. Well Written. It did help prepare me for the test. In the latest version of this exam Cisco has dramatically increased the content. This covers all of the new multisite dialplan additions pretty well.
