Great Companion to the Book

If you liked the book "I Wasn't Ready to Say Goodbye" but wanted a way to help you actually work through the loss and grief process, the workbook is finally here. To a certain extent this workbook stands alone and can be used without the primary book but you would lose a lot of the benefit if you did it that way. When used in conjunction with the book you gain a much greater understanding of what is going on and the process of working through the workbook is greatly enhanced. The workbook is full of insightful questions and exercises to help you understand what you are going through and appreciate and accept yourself. From there you can learn, grow, and heal. The workbook is very helpful with getting out the grief, anger, guilt, and anything else you may need to work on. If you are dealing with sudden, unexpected loss the book "I Wasn't Ready to Say Goodbye" is one of the best resources you can pick up. Now, this companion workbook helps you apply the book to your life and start the healing process.

A great workbook!

I read the first book I Wasn't Ready To Say Goodbye and when I saw that a new workbook came out I just had to buy it. I am so happy I did because this workbook is not like other workbooks. I am not a person that can write thoughts down on paper but when I started to read this I was able to and found that it does help and make things more bearable. It helped me see things in a new light and work thru some issues that were very difficult for me to face and get thru without help from their workbook. You must buy this workbook and let it help you too.

A wonderful path for healing

I have always been skeptical of workbooks but I so enjoyed the book I Wasn't Ready to Say Goodbye, I wanted to give it a try. I couldn't be more glad that I did. I am only half way through the book, but I can already feel a change in my perspective. I was so angry and hurt and bitter and now, for the first time in a long while, I am feeling hope. Thank you once again Brook and Pam.

If you're hurting... try this workbook

Wow. I just finished going through this workbook and I can't believe the difference between when I started and when I finished. These exercises are so penetrating--they go to the heart of grief and help you to truly explore sadness, mind games, questions, guilt, sadness, dreams, communication and so much more. I am going to use this as the main book we work through in the support group I conduct at our local hospital. This is by far the best book I have seen on healing grief. It's not some cookie cutter formula, but a true look into the heartaches, trials and triumps of those living with grief.
