This Was My Son Very First Book. As I Read This Book To Him Every Night , He Knew The Book By Heart. Lol To This Day And He Is 35 I Still Talks About This Book. Now With 5 Childern Of His Own He Has Read This Book To Each On And They Loved It As Well. Just A Fun And Great Book.

20 years ago, I purchased the set that included I CAN DO IT MYSELF. Our son loved this book. So much so, at the age of 1, he would recite the words himself!! To this day, when it's time to put snow boots on, our family semi-quotes the book "I can put my booooots on", as our son would say when he was very small. Today, a college student and very well-read, he cringes at the poor choice of grammar he used, but he says that same phrase to his 1 year old daughter. Finding this book in it's awesome condition was truely a Christmas present for the ages. Never again will we let this book slip from our possession! God Bless Ms. Kingsley and Mr. Brown for a terrific learning tool that is a delight for children and adults alike!

I remember this book as being one of my favorite books from when I was a little girl. I'm 21 now and have two kids of my own and personally, I wouldn't recommend any other books. It's a great choice for any parent who wants to start their little one down the road to reading. ^_^

I love this book it was one of the first books that I read my daughter when she was 2, She loved it so much that she learned to read because of it. i would recommend this book to anyone.

My daughter, who is now 21 years old, loved this book as a child. We are purchasing it for her nephews. She learned to tie her shoes, button her buttons....all at the age of 2 and because she truly wanted to do it herself.
