I'm sure there's a better book on giving speeches but this one was so good that I'm not interested in looking for it. This book was simple enough for anyone to read and get something out of it yet detailed enough to help you complete and polish a great speech.

It's also very 'readable' - which sets it apart from so many public speaking texts.I found this book saved me a lot of time and worry, both in preparing formal speeches and informal presentations.
