Every aspect of a broker-client relationship and beyond...

If you trade (stocks, mutual funds, etc), chances are you WILL need to be in contact with a broker.. some day or another. This book and i'll quote the cover is "filled with checklists, sample dialogues, and sound advice (...) best guide to the best financial partnership you can have". What I liked is that the book just didn't limit itself to the conversation per say.. it went well beyond with elements like: assessing your financial situation, budget, goals, expectations. It presents investment basics (bonds, etc) AND really covers the basics of the in's and out's of dealing with a broker. You know.. the kind of questions you sure would like to have the answers to when you are a beginner: how to settle an dispute, how to phrase an order -- using the correct terms, as if you'd done that all your life; which brokers to avoid.. there is even has a section covering discount brokers! Truly a good source of information.. presented in a way ANYONE can understand! :)
